Allegations have been raised that musical actor Ock Joo-hyun used the privilege of being a lead actor with ticket power to abuse the staff and fellow actors.
Recently, a freelance employee who participated in the musical 'Anna Karenina' in an Internet community raised a specific problem about the unreasonable demands and actions that Ock Joo-hyun made because she was the lead actress.
The author of the article said, "I worked in musicals big and small for about 10 years, and I also worked with Ock Joo-hyun. Ock Joo-hyun was late for several hours for the profile shoot, and everyone waited, but as soon as they arrived, everyone else took the photo in order, embarrassing everyone."
The absurd behavior of Ock Joo-hyun revealed by the author did not stop there.
Another claim was made that 'Ok Joo-hyun's theater or practice room's heaters and air conditioners were operated at will', which has already been testified several times.
The author said, "Rehearsal for the performance took place in the middle of winter, and I couldn't turn on the heater because I didn't want my neck to get dry. While practicing in cold weather, the dancers were at risk of getting injured," he said. "I also said that there was a lot of dust on the stage and asked the staff to clean it with water," he added.
