On June 24, more than ten new energy taxis lined up in front of the power exchange station of Lushan Comprehensive Energy Service Station in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province.
These new energy taxis will be lifted, and the bottom battery pack will be replaced by an intelligently controlled robotic arm, which will restore full power in just 3 minutes.
The swap station was invested and constructed by China Southern Power Grid Guangxi Power Grid Company, which can fully replenish energy for 15 to 17 new energy taxis per hour.
This new "battery swap mode" will greatly improve the operational efficiency of new energy taxis.
