After noon on the 26th, a boy in the second year of junior high school who was playing with a friend was washed away in a river in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture, and was rescued about three hours later, but he was confirmed dead.

Around 0:30 pm on the 26th, a junior high school student who was playing in the Ibo River flowing through Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture, reported to the fire department that "a friend drowned, I went to help but it was too deep."



When police and fire departments searched, Masayoshi Kodera (13), a second-year junior high school student in the city, was found in a river about 200 meters downstream from the place where it was supposed to have been washed away about three hours later, and was taken to the hospital. After that, death was confirmed.



According to the fire department, the depth of the river at the place where it was discovered was about 3 meters.



According to the police, Mr. Kodera visited the river with about 10 friends of the same junior high school, was playing and was washed away, so the police are investigating the detailed situation at that time.
