There are 42 breeding ponds of uniform size, one is connected to the other, and it is impossible to see the edge at a glance.

After the precipitation treatment, the clear and translucent Yellow River water is pouring into the breeding pond continuously, and the transparent shrimp fry in the pond are swaying rhythmically.

The person in front of him is Wu Li, one of the leaders of the "Saline-Alkaline Shrimp Farming" project.

The "post-80s" Wu Li studied for an undergraduate degree in Beijing and a master's degree in Hong Kong. After 12 years of "Beijing Drift", she resolutely decided to return to her hometown Wuhai to start a new business.

Because she lived near the saline-alkali land in Bayintaohai Town since she was a child, and influenced by her parents, Wu Li always wanted to do something for the improvement of the saline-alkali land, so the "Saline-Alkaline Shrimp Raising" project made her eyes shine.

　　In the early years, my parents had this expectation for this (salt-alkali land transformation), and I was immersed in it. I also have an idea in this regard.

So at that time, it was said that there was idle saline-alkali land in our hometown, so we contracted and transferred nearly 4,000 mu of it.

Later, under a very accidental opportunity, our (Inner Mongolia) Autonomous Region Science and Technology Department and Guangzhou Science and Technology Department connected. There was such an opportunity for strategic cooperation. At that time, it was said that the saline-alkali land could be used for shrimp farming, and the idle land could be used for farming. By using it, it can also drive the income (increase) of the residents of one side.

So it is the introduction of this saline-alkali water for the project of aquaculture of Penaeus vannamei.

　　[Explanation] Wu Li, who was full of passion for "salt-alkali land shrimp farming" at first, also hit a wall due to lack of experience.

The shrimp fry in the pond died in large numbers, and Wu Li couldn't sleep at night.

　　Sometimes I sleep until midnight and want to say, is there a good way for this shrimp to make a breakthrough, or what work should I do more delicately, often there are.

Including someone who joked to me, sister, why do you always have acne at your age, in fact, you still have a little anxiety, because of these things.

　　[Explanation] Later, in order to get out of the breeding predicament, Wu Li and her team members went to Ningxia, Shandong, Baotou and other places to learn shrimp farming experience.

But the same shrimp breeder, "teaching the apprentice to starve the master", many colleagues are reluctant to easily tell others the experience they have explored over the years.

But the stubborn Wu Li didn't give up easily, she broke her legs and rubbed her mouth. In the end, she moved everyone with her persistence.

　　It was also after many efforts that people saw me as a girl who invested a lot and dressed brightly. Since they can do shrimp farming, they never thought of it.

So they were moved by the first, and second, I also talked about a lot of difficulties here, and finally they were moved by me.

　　[Explanation] At present, Wuli's farm can achieve an annual output of 600,000 kilograms of prawns, an annual sales income of 42 million yuan, and provide 40 long-term jobs for villagers after the factory farming is stabilized, driving the people in the agricultural areas to increase their income and become rich.

At the same time, promote the development of local green and sustainable characteristic agricultural industry.

　　I have been working here for two years, with a monthly salary of 5,000 yuan. I used to work at home, and my income was relatively low. I also went out to work and felt that it was inconvenient to be far away from home.

Looking back on these experiences, Wu Li said that she did not regret choosing to return to her hometown to start a business.

I am more looking forward to returning to my hometown to apply what I have learned to a construction of my hometown, or to implement my ambitions.
