Never has the world seen so many people displaced or refugees due to conflicts, but also famines or climatic disasters.

They are 100 million, according to the latest report from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

While this number has been growing steadily for 10 years, asylum policies are increasingly restrictive.

Evidenced by the recent agreement that the United Kingdom concluded with Rwanda for the management of its asylum seekers.

Passing through Côte d'Ivoire, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi is the guest of RFI.
