In areas with more severe rainfall, the stagnant water has not reached the calf, and the road has become a "river", and driving is like "rowing a boat".
At 18:22 on the same day, the Yinchuan Meteorological Observatory upgraded the orange to red warning signal for heavy rain. It is expected that in the next 3 hours, there will be more than 50 mm of precipitation in many areas of Yinchuan.
This is also the first rainstorm red warning issued by Yinchuan this year.
