The job vacancies of companies targeting third-year high school students who will graduate next spring will be released from the 1st of next month, and job hunting will virtually start.

Prior to this, an event was held in Tokyo where students wishing to find employment could learn about various jobs.

This was opened by a employment support company in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and about 150 people participated, including third-year high school students who want to get a job or are thinking about getting a job.

The company's job vacancies for third-year high school students who will graduate next spring will be open to students from the 1st of next month, and job hunting will virtually start.

Nearly 20 companies such as construction and eating and drinking companies participated in the event, and among them, at the booth of a construction company in Tokyo, which started hiring high school students from this spring, students experienced nailing work using tools. I was given an explanation about the fun and rewarding work of my work.

When a job hunting company asked about 280 companies that are hiring high school students in April about hiring next spring, 35% answered that they would increase from the previous year.

We believe that the company is becoming more motivated to hire due to labor shortages.

A female student in the third year of high school said, "I had the impression that employment was a high hurdle, but I'm glad I had the opportunity to actually interact with the person in charge of the company."

Kei Nitta, director of the employment support company "Jinjib", said, "I think that high school students who want to get a job have few opportunities to know about work and society, so I want them to know about various jobs and expand their options."
