Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Vice President of the Arab Youth Center, Shamma bint Suhail Al Mazrouei, confirmed that the global results of the "My Story" podcast, launched by the center, come as an embodiment of the center's efforts to provide pioneering Arab youth content, which contributes to refining the capabilities of a new generation of leaders. .
The series, which ranked first in the world in terms of listening times this week in the educational podcast category, and the second globally in the economics and entrepreneurship podcast category, attracted more than one and a half million listeners, by presenting 28 successful young experiences from various Arab countries in less than 12 months, to rank 19th in the world among all categories, according to Chartable, which specializes in rating and ranking podcasts worldwide.
Shamma Al Mazrouei said, "In order to achieve the vision of its President, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, the Arab Youth Center launched a series (My Story) a year ago, in cooperation with Sky News Arabia, to achieve a number of goals, foremost of which is stimulating Arab youth, narrating and sharing inspiring experiences, enriching the Arab digital space with meaningful knowledge content, and presenting and engaging the largest possible number of Arab youth in the use of advanced technology and its modern applications.”
She added: “Today we stand proudly to look at the bright results of this pioneering experiment that demonstrated the thirst of Arab youth for rich content that responds to the requirements of the future, and is based on sharing experiences through tools that keep pace with the times, and interact with young people on their favorite platforms to connect them with the creative templates of their choice, whether with written content. or audio or visual.
Al Mazrouei continued, "The Arab Youth Center looks forward to building on these world-class results, and moving towards new heights of accomplishments in the coming season, in line with its strategic objectives that are based on investing in youth through meaningful initiatives within different sectors to nurture young Arab leaders who can contribute to building A better future for the Arab world.
In addition to the first and second places in the “Education” and “Economy and Entrepreneurship” categories, “My Story” ranked 19th in the world in the general classification, which reflects the professionalism of the creative work presented, and its response to the expectations of young people looking for inspiring and distinguished Arab content, based on Exchange of experiences, experiences and success stories.

“My Story” witnessed the presentation of a selection of life experiences for Arab youth who were able to create a unique model for success despite the challenges. Audio library development
In mid-2021, the Arab Youth Center launched the "My Story" series of the "Arab Youth Podcast", as part of its efforts to develop the content of the Center's "Audio Library", in cooperation with Sky News Arabia, with the aim of providing an open creative space to present inspiring success stories in a narrative form that simulates Youth interests in the Arab countries.
The partnership between the two sides included empowering young people with basic training skills in the areas of voice overs, special effects, topic selection skills, content planning, podcast editing and publishing.
