Reducing the number of calories consumed can increase life expectancy

A team of scientists came up with a way or a way of life that would extend a person's life by a third.

According to a study published in the journal Science, and reported by the newspaper "Express", scientists have concluded that avoiding a heavy late dinner and reducing the number of calories consumed can increase life expectancy by a third.

According to scientists, it is worth revising your meal schedule, by making breakfast and lunch larger, and eating dinner in less quantity, and changing meal times may nullify the inflammatory processes that accompany aging.

"Calorie restriction also extends life, but the mechanisms by which this occurs remain poorly understood," the article read.

Scientists noted that the above methods for improving health do not depend on body weight.

The study, which focused on meal schedules, was conducted on mice.

The study authors concluded that interfering with circadian rhythms enhances longevity and opens up avenues for further study of the mechanisms of aging.
