On the morning of the 19th, two cars collided head-on on a national highway in Susono City, Shizuoka Prefecture, killing two people and injuring four.

Police are investigating that one of the cars has run backwards due to the situation at the scene.

After 3:00 am on the 19th, a light passenger car and a passenger car collided head-on on the up line of "Susono Bypass" on National Highway 246 in Tomizawa, Susono City.



In this accident, two men in their 50s and 40s who were in a light passenger car were taken to the hospital by hitting their whole body, but they were soon confirmed dead.



There were four men and women between the ages of 22 and 23 in the car, a 22-year-old man suffering a serious head injury and three suffering minor chest and face injuries.



According to the police, the site is a road with two lanes on each side, separated by a median strip with a guardrail, but the police are investigating the details, assuming that a light passenger car entered the up line and ran backwards.
