To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the serialization of "Astro Boy," one of the masterpieces of cartoonist Osamu Tezuka, a special exhibition of works created by contemporary artists based on Mr. Tezuka's character is in Tokyo. It will be held in Tokyo.

It has been 70 years since "Astro Boy" was serialized in a magazine in 1952, so a company that handles events will open in Shibuya, Tokyo.

In the special exhibition, 6 illustrators who are active in various fields will exhibit 7 works that express each world view on an acrylic board with special printing technology based on Mr. Tezuka's work.

Of these, Posuka Demizu, who is also active as a manga artist, has a fantastic atmosphere in which smiling atoms are drawn against the backdrop of the sky where spaceships fly.

In addition, the atom drawn by illustrator "AF_KURO" expresses the machine inside the body, and the inorganic expression of the atom is impressive.

The person in charge of the planning company said, "I would be happy if you could get interested in Tezuka's work again through the exhibition."

This special exhibition will be held at the culture space "SPAG HETTI" in Shibuya, Tokyo until the 30th of this month.
