On June 15, the reporter learned from the Kunming Zoo that after a month of isolated breeding and observation, the Asian elephant "Molly" has completed the conversion of local feed feeding, adapted to indoor breeding operation management, and is in stable condition.

On the same day, Kunming Zoo put "Molly" in the outdoor activity field, carried out adaptive training, and started the second stage of outdoor breeding management adaptation.

In the future, Kunming Zoo will put "Molly" in outdoor activities according to "Molly"'s adaptation and weather conditions.

"Molly" was born in Kunming Zoo in 2016, and was later transported to Swan Lake Park in Qinyang, Henan under the name of "adjusting the bloodline of the population".

Previously, some animal lovers exposed videos suspected of "Molly" participating in animal performances and being abused, causing public attention and heated discussions.

"Molly" arrives at Kunming Zoo on May 16, 2022.
