On June 14, aerial photography of the waters near the main urban area of the Nanchang section of the Ganjiang River showed that the water level was high, the river water was turbid, and a large number of low-lying areas along the river were flooded.
On the same day, the Jiangxi Provincial Hydrological Monitoring Center announced that the No. 1 flood in 2022 of the Ganjiang River formed in the upper reaches.
As of 15:00 on the 14th, the water level of Nanchang Station on the Ganjiang River reached 20.41 meters, which was 2.59 meters from the warning water level.
