In the summer, the surveyors have to face the cabins with high temperature, high humidity and high noise.

After stepping on the hot deck for a long time, the soles of work shoes often fall off.

　　Under the high temperature, Hu Qifeng checked the hull structure immediately after boarding the ship, and went to the cargo hold to check whether there was any damage caused by loading and unloading the cargo.

　　We will focus on the inspection of some structures of the main hull, or some fractures, or corrosion.

If the ship is broken or the outer plate is corroded, we will require the ship to be repaired or replaced to ensure the strength and integrity of the ship and ensure the safety of the ship.

　　[Explanation] When Hu Qifeng was checking on the deck, Huang Bo was also checking the firefighting, communication and marine equipment of the cargo ship one by one, judging the working status from the sound, temperature and vibration of the diesel engine running. In the engine room in summer, the humidity can reach 100 %, the noise is always with you, but Huang Bo still carefully inspects them one by one.

　　Some problems I checked today, some of its pipelines, its paint is not painted according to the specifications, such as the color of the lubricating oil tank, and the color of its pipelines should be yellow, this one is retained from the original The red primer will cause some inconvenience to the daily maintenance and use, so we propose to let the ship owner repaint the color of the pipe system according to the requirements of the specification.

　　Like these high-temperature weather in Nanning in the south, the temperature of the deck has reached at least 60 degrees Celsius. When we are on the deck for a long time, and when we inspect the high-temperature spaces such as the engine room, generally each place may stay for 3 to 5 minutes. , so if the inspection is done, the whole time is relatively long, and the phenomenon of melting of the rubber sole of the shoe also exists.
