The Beijing Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau, together with the Municipal Health and Health Commission, the Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, recently issued the "Notice on Further Reducing the Prices of Novel Coronavirus Nucleic Acid Testing and Antigen Testing Items". The price of a single test sample is reduced from 19.7 yuan to 16 yuan per test, and the mixed test price remains unchanged at 3.4 yuan per person (both including the sampling service fee of 0.8 yuan per person).
The lowered nucleic acid testing price is the charging standard for nucleic acid testing services provided by relevant institutions (the maximum price, which cannot be raised, but can be lowered). Currently, it is mainly used for settlement.
In the settlement between the relevant department and the testing agency, for the sampling that does not belong to the testing agency, payment can be made according to the price standard after deducting the sampling service fee, or the testing agency can be entrusted to pay the sampling service personnel.
In addition, the city has simultaneously lowered the price of antigen testing in public medical institutions.
The government-guided price of service items has been reduced from 3.5 yuan/time to 2 yuan/time, and the testing reagents (including sampling equipment) will be charged separately according to the zero-markup policy. Reduced to no more than 6 yuan / time.
The "Notice" requires that all relevant institutions should strictly implement the price policy in accordance with the principle that the service provider can charge the corresponding fee.
For those who simply conduct nucleic acid or antigen testing, no outpatient medical service fee shall be charged.
