In the 1960s, Simone Lauvergne opened a pharmacy in the town;

business that she had held until the 1990s. Without an heir, the one who lived in the Pionsat retirement home before her death, therefore decided to include the town of Youx in her will.

No project for the municipality yet

The mayor (DVG) of Youx, Pierrette Daffix-Ray, told our colleagues that she does not yet know what the municipality will do with the money and land received.

The nonagenarian also wanted to help a humanitarian association, she bequeathed her real estate.
