The State Council Earthquake Relief Headquarters Office and the Emergency Management Department have activated the National Earthquake Emergency Response Level 4.

The video showed that the road to Caodeng Township, the epicenter of the earthquake, had fallen rocks or collapsed, and rescue forces were clearing the road as they walked.
