According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, in 2017, five years ago, one of the four people pretended to have been injured in a single accident on a bicycle, submitted a lie treatment certificate to an insurance company, etc. There is a suspicion of fraud for deceiving more than 460,000 yen.
