Cabinetmakers or weavers, blacksmiths or bronziers, ceramists and basket makers, but also damascene makers or glassmakers… It's the festival of crafts and creation until Sunday in Paris.
The opportunity to discover the know-how, techniques and of course the works of some 400 craftsmen and artists of materials of all kinds, who through their ideas and gestures shape the world by often associating tradition and innovation.
And this year, Africa is particularly in the spotlight of this Biennial baptized
Révélations
.
A program recorded inside the exceptional building that is the setting for the biennale: the ephemeral Grand Palais, on the Champ de Mars in Paris, just opposite the Ecole Militaire and in the benevolent shade of the Eiffel Tower.
