A resort in the Maldives has announced its readiness to welcome the promising Emirati chef, Aisha Al-Obaidli, who will serve a range of Arabic dishes during her arrival as a guest at the hospitality destination.

JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa indicated that Aisha Al Obaidli, the youngest Emirati chef, will collaborate with the resort's chef in the Maldives, Aminat Abdul Rashid, to present dishes of diverse flavors to a range of Arabic and Maldivian cuisine in early July.

The two chefs will collaborate to prepare an Arabic-Maldivian menu that will be available for guests to try between the 2nd and 12th of next month, to celebrate the blessed Eid al-Adha.

Executive Chef at the resort, Pir Yadav, said: “We look forward to collaborating with Chef Aisha to present a unique menu in conjunction with the celebration of Eid al-Adha on the island, and to combine her expertise with our skilled Maldivian chef to obtain Arabic dishes with a local touch, as this collaboration is a great way to showcase the two cultures through a distinguished culinary journey for our guests from the region and abroad.”

Younger guests will also have the opportunity to learn from Chef Aisha first-hand during the cooking lessons that will be given by the talented chef, which children staying at the resort during that time can benefit from.
