During its ninth session, the Dubai Food Festival achieved success by attracting gourmets and food lovers in the many activities and events it organized, such as the Dubai Restaurant Week, and a trip into the world of tastes, in addition to many activities and events that were held at the city level, including the celebration of the first anniversary of the founding of Time Out. The Market in Dubai, workshops and cooking classes at the Ripe Market, the Chocolate Salon exhibition in The Dubai Mall, and the fun-filled “Fulfill Your Tastes” event at the South Market in the DIFC.

The festival, which is held annually at the city level, during this year's session - which was organized during the period between the second and 15th of last May - celebrated the thriving food scene in Dubai, with the participation of hundreds of restaurants, and also provided a platform for residents and visitors to Dubai to experience the most delicious dishes, the best Menus in various local and international restaurants.

The festival witnessed the organization of the "Dubai Restaurant Week" event from the sixth to the 15th of last May, in which restaurant reservations exceeded 9,000 reservations, and contributed to the consolidation of Dubai's global position as a distinct destination for dining, in addition to highlighting the high level of the food and beverage industry, And the superior quality of the city's restaurants.

This event included the presentation of a three-course dinner menu or a two-course lunch menu at unbeatable prices at 40 restaurants across Dubai, including international chef Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen, "21 Gram", Suker, Roca, and The Main Street. Eatery, as well as Rural Japanese Koshiaki.

The Dubai Food Festival 2022 also had a distinguished contribution to bringing families and friends together during Eid Al Fitr by launching various dining offers, as 19 restaurants and cafes in the city participated in providing authentic breakfast experiences, to meet the tastes of guests of different nationalities and cultures within the “Eid Breakfast” event.

The “hidden gems” were highlighted through the competition that was organized and witnessed wide interest, with the participation of many content makers in the competition with the aim of showing their favorite restaurants by posting short videos on the “Instagram” application, with an opportunity to win a major cash prize of 50 thousand dirhams out of the total prize money of 100,000 dirhams.
