The Berlin police took action against an alleged mail order business with marijuana.

Four arrest warrants were executed in Berlin and Bavaria on Wednesday, the police said on Thursday.

A couple of parents, his son and a friend are suspected: They are said to have traded marijuana and been taking orders since at least May 2021.

The men aged 31, 32 and 63 and a 63-year-old woman sent the drugs to the customer by post, mostly in quantities of between 5 and 30 grams.

Several of these shipments were noticed in the mail distribution center, among other things.

As part of a postal confiscation, a total of 1,292 letters containing around 18 kilograms of marijuana were withdrawn from circulation before delivery.

During searches on Wednesday, the police seized large quantities of drugs.

At seven locations, she seized 37.5 kilograms of marijuana, 1.5 kilograms of hashish and 1,100 ecstasy tablets, as well as weapons and ammunition.

In addition, four professionally operated cannabis cultivation facilities have been shut down.

Police also seized six figures in cash and a motorcycle.
