In a new achievement for Emirati art;

Emirati actress Amal Mohammed won the Best Asian Actress award at the Septimius Film Awards in the Netherlands for her role in the movie "218: Behind the Wall of Silence", which is the first production of Sharjah Media City "Shams", and the first film made by audiences in the Arab world.

The Emirati work was nominated in three categories in the "Septimius Film Festival", which are best director, best actress, and best Asian film.

Septimius focuses on discovering and encouraging new independent film talent, supporting visionary films and bringing together all the elements of filmmaking and storytelling.
