China · Honghe Butterfly Valley is located on the Sino-Vietnamese border, in Ma'andi Township, Jinping County, Honghe Prefecture, with an obvious three-dimensional climate and rich forest resources.

There are more than 400 species of 11 of China's 12 butterfly families, of which there are more than 320 species that can be described with specimens and photos, ranking first in the world.

  There is a phenomenon of butterfly outbreaks at the bottom of our saddle every May and June, and the number of outbreaks is in the hundreds of millions. The formation of this phenomenon is the first to have a particularly good ecological environment.

Second, the climatic conditions here are also very good.

Another three-dimensional climate in our place is very obvious. In the area where the butterfly erupts, it is the most suitable area for the growth of the butterfly arrow ring butterfly.

  [Explanation] On June 7, the reporter saw at the scene that a large number of arrow-ring butterflies had broken out of their cocoons and gathered together in the mountains and forests, along the creeks, and on the mountain paths, forming a flying landscape.

In order to protect this landscape, Jinping County has promulgated the Regulations on the Protection and Management of Butterfly Valley, and established a special organization for the management of Butterfly Valley to strengthen the protection of Butterfly Valley resources.

The butterfly industry has formed a good effect in the local area, and the villagers have taken the "get rich express" of the butterfly industry one after another.

  Some villagers have planted many host plants and nectar plants that butterflies like on their land, providing good conditions for the growth of butterflies.

At the same time, it has also started a farmhouse, started a butterfly breeding, and developed the development of butterfly handicrafts, which has increased a lot of economic income for the local village.

  [Explanation] It is reported that only two places in the world have been found to have a butterfly outbreak, one in Mexico, and the other in the Red River Butterfly Valley in China.

Four butterfly outbreaks are expected in the area this year, and the outbreak will last until July.
