Vilfand warned that heavy rain with thunder and hail is expected in the Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk regions, Bashkortostan, and heavy rain with a thunderstorm in the Leningrad, Kaliningrad regions and Karelia.

Also in the Krasnodar Territory and the Volgograd Region, heavy rains, thunderstorms and wind gusts up to 23 m/s are expected in the coming days.
