She continued: "This honor comes within the framework of the UAE leadership's interest in creating a comprehensive youth system led by the youth themselves, which has brought about fundamental changes in this sector. Over the past years, more than 40 youth initiatives have been launched that enhance their active and substantial presence in many vital sectors. As part of a comprehensive national strategy that focuses on investing in youth and upgrading their skills and capabilities, which made the issue of youth empowerment in the country a comprehensive national culture that serves various aspirations and looks to the future with hope and optimism, as its youth view it.

During the event, Shamma Al Mazrouei honored a group of young men and women who were nominated on a list drawn up by the Federal Youth Foundation for the years from 2020-2022, and they are in the 2020 category: Engineer Hamad Al-Aidarous, who holds a mechanical and nuclear engineering degree from Khalifa University, and works as a reactor operator at Nawah Energy Company. He has many contributions in the field of energy and youth councils, and Fatima Al-Maamari, who has a political science degree from the UAE University and has many clear participations in the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

And in the category of 2021, Shamma Al Mazrouei honored Dr. Hamdan Al-Amri, who holds a higher degree in economics, and has active participation in culture and creativity, along with chemical engineer Reem Mosbeh, who has a footprint in the field of entrepreneurship and economic development projects.
