Ali Obeid performed the closing ceremony of the festival, introducing the Moroccan public to the most beautiful musical paintings that reflect the beauty of Emirati and Arab music, and show the potential of the artist who played an active role in the establishment of the Fujairah Arab Music Ensemble, the first artistic troupe characterized by an Emirati heritage character and identity that originates from the emirate, and reflects a musical heritage that indicates On the status of the Emirate of Fujairah and its cultural and cognitive weight, it constitutes an extension of authentic Emirati music and the basic nucleus for the establishment of the Fujairah Orchestra.

Ali Obaid is considered one of the most prominent musical voices in the UAE and the region, as he learned to play the oud at a young age (12 years old) and developed in his creativity until he completed his academic education from the Arab Oud House in Abu Dhabi, where he was tutored by the Iraqi artist Dr. Naseer Shamma, To be the first graduate of the Arab Oud House with a Bachelor of Arts degree in music, he also participated in many Arab and foreign music festivals, and won a number of awards and honors.

The Ziryab Award for Skills is considered one of the highest awards in the field of music at the Arab and international levels, as it was awarded to brilliant names in the art scene, most notably Abdel Wahab Doukali, Lebanese musician Marcel Khalife, Moroccan singer Noaman Lahlou, Iraqi Nasir Shamma, Juan Carmona, and the Gibran trio from Palestine, among others.
