In Vietnam, which sends the largest number of technical intern trainees to Japan, there are many companies that collect high brokerage costs and introduce jobs in Japan, and it is said that the trainees are burdened in both Japan and Vietnam. Has decided to create a system that allows trainees to obtain job information in Japan without going through an intermediary.

As of the end of last year, there were more than 160,000 Vietnamese trainees working in Japan, accounting for 58% of the total, but according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc., it will cost about 500,000 to 1 million yen before coming to Japan. It is common for people to be in debt, and in many cases they are in debt.

The cost includes not only the fee to the sending organization and the cost of learning Japanese, but also the payment to the intermediary who introduces many Japanese job information in Vietnam, and if it is high, it starts from 100,000 yen. It is about 200,000 yen, which is one of the factors that increase the burden on trainees.

In response to this situation, both Japan and Vietnam have decided to create a system that allows trainees to obtain job information in Japan without going through an intermediary.

We envision a system that allows you to search for free on your smartphone the type of business, wages, and work location of the company you are accepting in Japan, as well as the results of each sending organization in Vietnam.

Both countries plan to start trial introduction as early as next year, and hope to reduce the burden on trainees and create an environment where they can concentrate on technical intern training in Japan.
