Egyptian security revealed the fact that a Helwan University student was absent from her family for about 3 weeks, after circulating a video clip on "Facebook" in which a person asked for help in finding his absent daughter.
According to the Egyptian media, the owner of the video said in the circulating clip that he is asking for help to find his daughter (a student) who was absent after she left to take exams and did not return to her home in the Sheikh Zayed area in Giza.
The police stated that, upon examination, it was found that a second police station, Sheikh Zayed, received a report from a housewife residing in the department's department, that the aforementioned girl was absent and acknowledged that the absentee was her adopted daughter.
By intensifying investigations and using modern techniques, the whereabouts of the absent woman, accompanied by a person residing in Dakahlia Governorate, was determined.
After legalizing the procedures, they were caught and confronted with them, a surprise was revealed, which is that the absent woman admitted that she had an emotional relationship with the aforementioned and that he had proposed to her and her family refused, so she ran away with him and got married on May 25, 2022 after she appointed a person residing in the Sharkia governorate, for not having completed the legal age.
The Ministry of the Interior stated that the authorities took legal measures, while the Public Prosecution took over the investigation into the incident.
