[Your reactions] ECOWAS: a summit for nothing?

The exceptional summits of ECOWAS and UEMOA which were held on Saturday, June 4, in Accra, did not allow any progress, neither for Guinea, nor for Burkina, nor for Mali.

In the absence of consensus on a relaxation or a tightening of the sanctions against Mali, Burkina Faso and Guinea, the West African heads of state preferred to give themselves an additional month to decide on the line to adopt.
