On June 5, students from the spicy tiao professional class of Pingjiang County Vocational and Technical School in Hunan came to a local spicy tiao factory for a month-long apprenticeship before graduation.
In the first lesson of the apprenticeship, the students learned the density and volume calculation of standard spicy sticks, as well as the calculation of the ratio of embryo body and oil, and other mathematical and physical calculation methods, so as to produce hot sticks with standardized knowledge.
