From January to May this year, a total of 37 related criminal cases were cracked, 82 people were detained, 26 administrative cases were handled, and 61 people were administratively detained, which effectively deterred illegal and criminal activities that damaged the ecological environment.
Today, the person in charge of the Environmental Food and Drug Brigade of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau introduced that since the beginning of this year, in accordance with the unified deployment of the Ministry of Public Security, the Beijing police have focused on ecological environmental protection and adhered to the work idea of "professional drive, whole police action, departmental linkage, and mass mobilization". We will carry out the "Kunlun 2022" special campaign in depth, and severely crack down on various types of crimes in the ecological environment, such as environmental pollution, illegal occupation of agricultural land, illegal mining, and illegal fishing.

Illegal dumping of domestic waste to pollute the environment
From December 30, 2021 to January 25, 2022, Zhao Moumou, together with Xu Moumou and others, for illegal profit, without obtaining the qualification for garbage disposal, a collective in a village in Dashiwo Town, Fangshan District, Beijing. On the land, untreated domestic garbage was collected and dumped illegally, causing 10.88 mu of forest land to be polluted and damaged.
Relevant departments deal with the above-mentioned domestic garbage, and the cost of cleaning, transporting and disposing of the domestic garbage generated is as high as 2.67 million yuan.
The 24 persons involved, including Zhao Moumou, were taken criminal compulsory measures according to law by Fangshan Public Security Bureau on suspicion of the crime of polluting the environment.
The case of illegal "washing" gold mining polluting the environment
In September 2020, Xia Moumou, for profit, hired others without obtaining a mining license to privately make mineral dressing agents in an abandoned mine in Fengjiayu Town, Miyun District, Beijing, and passed the process of "filtering mineral water". In this way, gold is mined by "washing holes", and the generated wastewater is directly discharged to the land where the equipment is placed.
The relevant departments have sampled and tested the waste water from gold selection at the site. The waste water contains cyanide, a highly toxic substance, and the test results exceeded the "Comprehensive Discharge Standard for Water Pollution".
As of March 2022, Xia Moumou and other 5 people involved in the case have all been arrested, and all of them have been taken criminal compulsory measures by Miyun Public Security Bureau on suspicion of environmental pollution.
Illegal sale of diesel dangerous operation case
On January 20, 2022, Tongzhou Public Security Bureau rented a compound in a village in Majuqiao Town, Tongzhou District, destroyed 2 illegal diesel storage black dens, arrested 4 suspects involved in the case, seized 40 tons of diesel, and converted 5 mobile fuel trucks. vehicle and 1 oil storage tank.
After investigation, since 2019, Tian Moumou has hired Liu Moumou, Cao Mou, Han Moumou without obtaining the "Retail Oil Retail License", "Hazardous Chemical Business License" and "Dangerous Goods Transport License". , In a rented compound in a village in Majuqiao Town, Tongzhou District, this city, privately set up oil tanks, refit large oil tankers, and privately set up black oil storage points, and then sell the refitted mobile refueling trucks to surrounding construction sites for profit.
Tian Moumou and other four involved in the case were taken criminal compulsory measures by Tongzhou Public Security Bureau in accordance with the law for the crime of dangerous operation.
Dangerous operation case for illegally selling diesel fuel by driving a mobile refueling vehicle
On April 27, 2022, the Haidian Public Security Bureau destroyed a black den for storing diesel fuel in a roadside compound in Yongfeng Town, Haidian District, seized 8 tons of diesel fuel and a refitted mobile fuel truck.
After investigation, Zhang Moumou and his wife Bai Moumou have not obtained the "Retail Oil Retail License", "Hazardous Chemicals Business License" and "Dangerous Goods Transport License". The mobile refueling truck illegally refuels the surrounding muck trucks for profit.
Zhang Moumou and Bai Moumou involved in the case were taken criminal compulsory measures according to law by Haidian Public Security Bureau for the crime of dangerous operation.
The case of illegal fishing of aquatic products
At about 5 o'clock on January 13, 2022, Wang Moumou and Li Moumou used ground cages to catch fish such as catfish and loach in the prohibited fishing area of the Rulin Bridge section of the North Canal, Xiji Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing The product was later seized by the police.
It was determined by relevant departments that the ground cages used by Wang Moumou and Li Moumou were prohibited fishing gear, and the 12 ground cages seized at the scene totaled 223.8 meters in length.
On May 26, 2022, Wang Moumou and Li Moumou were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of 6 months, suspended for 1 year and criminal detention for 4 months, suspended for 6 months, respectively, for the crime of illegal fishing of aquatic products.
