The ceremony will open on July 23,

just one year after the opening of the Tokyo Olympics in the host city of Tokyo .



The venue is the national stadium where the opening ceremony of the Games was held, and gold medalists and others will participate in the admission parade and relays with general participants.

Prior application is required to participate in the ceremony, and it will be accepted until the 19th of this month on the dedicated site of the city.



There will also be an experience session where you can participate on the day, and you can experience riding a wheelchair for competition by wearing BMX of bicycle competition and goggles that can see images.
