Prince Harry and his family are under police protection during their visit to Britain

Prince Harry, his wife Meghan Markle and their two children arrived in the United Kingdom yesterday to attend the official celebrations of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, and this is their first visit since Prince Harry and his wife announced their sudden withdrawal from royal life in January 2020.

High-level security is being provided to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their family while they are in the UK for the Jubilee events.

They will live in their home in Windsor.

Prince Harry took legal action earlier this year, claiming through his lawyer that he did not feel safe bringing his family without police protection.

According to the Associated Press, Harry was willing to pay for protection and claimed that "his security team in the United States does not have sufficient jurisdiction abroad."
