China News Service, Fuzhou, June 3 (Ye Qiuyun and Wu Shengwei) "Because we are all visually impaired, the name is 'seeing', I think it means that we have a spirit of pursuing light." Recently, in Fujian Province disabled Chen Jincan, a member of the "Seeing" group of the Fujian Strait Disabled Art Troupe of the People's Sports Management Center, said in an interview.

Established in 2009, the Fujian Strait Disabled Art Troupe "See" is composed of a group of people who use music to "chasing the light". The members are all visually impaired.

Among them are blind masseurs, corporate employees, piano tuners, musicians, etc. They come together because of their love for music.

"When our art troupe was first founded, we hoped that everyone would have a place to sing and realize their singing dreams." Huang Yanping, a Fuzhou music producer and the vocal director of the "See" group of the Fujian Strait Disabled Art Troupe, said that everyone I have this hobby and like it, so I got together.

"Welcome to the family members of the live broadcast room, good evening everyone, this is the live broadcast room of the 'see' group of the Fujian Provincial Art Troupe for the Disabled, we are the 'see' group. Next, we will bring you a song about us I hope everyone will like it, thank you!" On the same day, members of the "See" group of the Fujian Strait Disabled Art Troupe performed in front of the live broadcast camera.

"We don't accept our fate, dare to fight hard, and are not comfortable with the status quo. We want to convey our optimistic spirit to everyone, and hope that we can shine on a better and bigger stage in the future." This is what Zheng Xuan, a member of the Disabled Singing Group, said.

Over the past ten years, this group has launched new programs every year, including original songs and covers.

They use music to interpret life and sing praises for the good life.

Huang Yanping told reporters that during the rehearsal process, we actually encountered many difficulties, such as the problem of reading notation, misunderstanding of a certain note, etc., but these difficulties did not defeat us, "We have always used 'never give up' The spirit cheers itself up."

At the age of 10, Huang Yanping came into contact with the piano at a school for the blind, and at that time, his talent in music gradually showed.

Later, with his own efforts, he was admitted to the School of Special Education of Beijing Union University, and entered the special education of music performance.

In Huang Yanping's view, using music to perceive the world gives him a full sense of gain.

At the beginning of 2020, when the new crown pneumonia epidemic broke out suddenly, Huang Yanping composed an original song "No Winter Insurmountable" at home.

He hopes that through this song, the society can understand the visually impaired, and he hopes to inspire everyone through these positive works and voices.

Helping visually impaired groups integrate into society and feel warmth everywhere is what Huang Yanping and members of the group have always adhered to.

Huang Yanping appealed: "I hope that these young people in our visually impaired group, including these visually impaired people who are still locked in their homes, I hope you will bravely come out and walk into the sunshine and the crowd just like us. Among them, we can let everyone see us.” (End)
