Moldova, as you know, is a parliamentary republic, and all miracles in this country take place in the parliament.

Recently, the Moldovan government submitted for ratification to the Parliament an agreement between Moldova and the EU on the operational activities of the European Border Police and Coast Guard Agency in the Republic of Moldova.

Sounds solid.

All the necessary markers are there.

True, the coast of that near Moldova is 0.43 km (430 meters!) In the area of the village of Giurgiulesti, in the southernmost point of the country.

There, in fact, at the confluence of the Prut and the Danube, 130 km from the Black Sea, there is the only Moldavian port.

On the other hand, the concern of the European bureaucrats and the government of Natalia Gavrilitsa can be understood: through this almost half-kilometer hole back and forth, not only outright smuggling, but a lot of other things go through your fingers.

In general, Moldova has long gained fame not only as the poorest country in Europe, but also as one of the first European smuggling centers.

The unique geographic location simply leaves no other chance for local, homegrown Benders.

By the way, Ostap Ibragimovich Bender Bey crossed the Romanian border in the famous novel just in the lower reaches of the Dniester - this is now the border of the PMR and Moldova, and then Bessarabia was annexed by the Romanians.

On the sly in the agreement submitted to the parliament, we are talking about the entire (!) Border of Moldova.

Moreover, in the formal sense, together with the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, which borders on Ukraine.

Thus, this is a new agreement in case of ratification by the parliamentary majority of them.

Maia Sandu suggests changes to a number of basic constitutional laws, including the laws “On the state border of the Republic of Moldova” and “On the regime of civilian weapons and ammunition.”

As a result, the change in the legal framework will allow for military operations on the territory of Moldova for the European Border Police and Coast Guard Agency (FRONTEX) and the General Inspectorate of the Border Police (IGPF).

What, in fact, is recorded in the agreement between Moldova and the European Union on operational actions carried out by FRONTEX dated March 17, 2022.

As the oppositional Moldovan deputies, who are in a powerless minority, note, these very prompt actions, according to the document being ratified, will be legal 30 km inland from the border zone.

That is, they will cover almost 40% of the territory of a small country and de jure almost all of Transnistria.

True, on the territory of the PMR, these actions, to put it mildly, will be difficult for them and, in the future, may provoke the unfreezing and internationalization of the Transnistrian conflict.

The fact that such actions of the Moldovan government and the president are not compatible with the Constitution of Moldova, which fixes the neutral status of this country, has long been of no concern to anyone.

Against the backdrop of events in neighboring Ukraine and a half-million invasion of refugees, Moldovans forgot about the Constitution.

Moreover, almost all more or less significant people in Moldova acquired Romanian citizenship long ago.

Including all judges of the Constitutional Court.

two thirds of the deputies.

Ministers.

And they even say that President Sandu too.

So what kind of neutrality can we talk about?

Here, another curiosity in the Moldovan parliament was soaked by local gypsies.

The parliamentary majority appointed the new director of the Moldavian special service SIS Alexander Mustiata.

The 34-year-old CEC member and assistant to Prime Minister Gavrilitsa had previously worked for eight years at the local branch of the Soros Foundation.

The new director of the Information and Security Service of Moldova, initiated by the first category, has been a Romanian citizen for ten years.

What he himself publicly admitted and even showed his Romanian passport.

The conflict lies in the fact that, according to the constitutional law "On the Information and Security Service," employees of this organization cannot have any second citizenship - only the only one, Moldovan.

On the other hand, the candidacy has been agreed and approved not only in the Soros sect, but also at the level of the British Foreign Office.

Therefore, once again the Constitutional Court of Moldova explained to the stupid Bessarabian peasants and some representatives of the parliamentary opposition that “employee” and “director” are two big differences.

The article about the powers of the director does not say anything about citizenship, and the director is not an employee at all.

By the way, following the arrest of the former president and informal opposition leader Igor Dodon, large-scale searches have been going on in the offices of the PSRM for the third day.

Despite the fact that Dodon resigned as chairman of the Socialist Party, prosecutors hope to find evidence in the party offices against the ex-president, who is accused of treason.

Not a single outrage about such Moldovan arbitrariness is heard at the proper level - neither in Romania, nor in Brussels, nor in London, nor in Washington ... nor in Moscow.

And the government of Gavrilitsa is no longer embarrassed in negotiations with the EU and Britain on the supply of lethal weapons to "neutral" Moldova.

Who is Sandu going to fight?

For whom is it being bought and at what cost?

Moldovans even have nothing to pay for the gas supplied by Russia.

And who will give them money for weapons remains a rhetorical question.

The unfreezing and internationalization of the Transnistrian conflict will lead to the liquidation of Moldova.

And of course, if Ukraine as a state has already been practically written off from Western accounts, then who will pity the Moldovans?

Apparently, the 30-year-old dream of Moldovan statehood is rapidly being covered with a Bessarabian hat.
