The thirteenth edition of the M6 culinary competition no longer relies on "daring" or "creativity" as in previous years, but quite simply on the radical side of the universe of its candidates and its trials to bring out the worthy successor to Mohamed Sheikh.
This Wednesday, the production of the show decided to explain and re-explain the rules of the quarters of its quarter-finals to its viewers, all this without forgetting a few magnetos returning to the highlights of the last four candidates.
Clearly, we could have gone to bed ten minutes earlier but we wouldn't have liked to miss this episode in which Louise, Sébastien and Pascal gave it their all.
In the first round, the three cooks pitched their signature dish to four Michelin guide critics.
Sébastien showed his roots in the North, Louise his commitment to the environment and Pascal his love of the land.
Who has convinced the most demanding palates in France the most?
In the second part of the show, Yannick Alléno and his pastry chef Aurélien Rivoire asked the competitors for a sweet chocolate bite and then a savory chocolate-based dish.
One of the preparations dazzled the three-starred chef.
