On the 31st, the Office of the Safety Committee of the State Council and the Emergency Management Department held a video conference to launch the national "Safety Production Month" activity in Beijing.
The activity promotes the implementation of safety through learning activities such as "top leaders" of the party and government taking the lead to talk about safety, the first responsible person of the company to talk about safety, front-line workers to talk about safety interactively, and to carry out learning activities such as "open class", "everyone talk" and "team meeting" on safety production. Fifteen measures for production; extensively carry out activities such as "I am the safety whistleblower" and "find hidden dangers around you", mobilize the initiative and consciousness of employees to participate in supervising the implementation of safety production responsibilities by the enterprise and the main person in charge; organize safety supervision personnel, Fire rescue personnel, disaster information personnel, community grid personnel, safety volunteers, etc., actively participate in "door-to-door delivery of safety", "safety volunteers in action" and various emergency drill experience activities to jointly promote safety publicity "five progress" ; Through activities such as "Anchor Safety Talk", "Expert Remote Consultation", "How Much Do You Know About the New Safety Law", and "Rescue Skills Fun Test", widely disseminate safety knowledge and promote the concept of safe development.
At the launching ceremony, the "Safety Production Month" theme promotional video and public service advertisements were released, and the "Safety Production Month" activity sites in Heilongjiang, Guangdong and Jiangsu were connected via video to show the operation of the main responsibility work mechanism for the company's safety production, and the publicity of safety production law enforcement. And the "first responsible person for production safety" collectively swears and promises to fulfill the on-site situation.
The responsible comrades of Shandong Province and the State Grid introduced the implementation of the fifteen measures of safety production and the implementation of the responsibility of the first responsible person in the region and the system respectively.
