The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office has dismissed a 27-year-old man who was arrested for being involved in a serious injury when a man in his 40s was cut with a knife on the streets of Tokyo.

As a result of the investigation, the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office switched the allegations to assist in the attempted murder and dismissed the man.
