No more quiet fittings at home.

Recently, some ready-to-wear brands, such as Zara and H&M, have made it chargeable to return parcels purchased online.

At the Spanish giant, for example, since the end of April, any return of an article ordered on the Internet costs 1.95 euros (the sum is deducted from the refund).

In question, in particular, the increase in the price of deliveries, and therefore an additional charge for the platforms.

The return in store, on the other hand, remains free, as before.

If this commercial practice is not yet widespread, nothing says that it will not, in the long term, win many brands.

And change the game in your way of shopping?

Are you used to making a lot of online purchases and making returns?

If the return of your parcels becomes chargeable, will this influence the way you buy, especially clothes?

Are you going to be more careful in your selection?

Prefer in-store purchases?

Or do you prefer to switch brands or platforms?
