In response to this, Shanxi Mobile carried out special actions such as "broken card", "safety" and "fighting cats" to strengthen source control and promote comprehensive management of civil air defense and technical defense.
The "cat" in "Dai Mao" refers to a GOIP device that can accommodate multiple SIM cards at the same time. It can be controlled by phone software, and all inserted SIM numbers can be called simultaneously in batches. It is often used by fraud gangs to deceive.
Based on the Wutong big data platform and Jiutian artificial intelligence platform, Shanxi Mobile focuses on various mainstream telecom fraud scenarios, and creates more than 20 analysis and identification models such as GOIP fraud gangs, real-name fraudulent people, and high-risk secondary cards.
On the real-time command screen, the source of the number distribution involved and the actual effect of the precise analysis model are clear at a glance.
"Using these analysis models, on the one hand, it can accurately identify suspected fraudulent numbers and notify users to re-authenticate with their real names, eliminating potential risks; on the other hand, it can quickly and accurately locate crime-related equipment to help public security organs fight crimes." Deputy General Manager of Information Technology Department of Shanxi Mobile Yang Bo introduced that the recognition accuracy rate in May 2022 will reach more than 95%.
