The Egyptian artistic community witnessed a great deal of controversy, after the death of the able artist Samir Sabry, regarding the existence of a son for him from an Egyptian artist. There are those who deny this matter, and there are those who confirm it.

And the make-up artist, Muhammad Ashoub, blew up a surprise about the presence of an (unknown) son of Samir Sabry, noting that the late had a son from an English woman, and another from an artist everyone knows her in the artistic community, stressing that the late asked her not to reveal this matter until after his death.

Muhammad Ashoub wrote a post, through his personal account on the social networking site Facebook, saying: “With all due respect to Professor Tariq Al-Shennawi, I would like to clarify as a witness with my friend and neighbor the late Samir Sabry, that he actually has the son of a doctor from an English wife, and he lives in London, and all the people close to the late Samir learned that, and he was generous with him, took care of him throughout his life, and traveled to him constantly.

And Ashub continued: "When Samir Sabry spoke with his friend, Professor Mahmoud Saad, on his program, Bab al-Khalq explained to him in detail how he got married, and how he had children, and his words were not frivolous, Professor Tariq, and that the late Samir has another son from our friend's star, a Cuban (looks like) from His father is Samir Sabri.

Ashoub added: "And our star (the artist) admitted that he is his son and registered in his name, and he asked her not to announce this now until after his death, and also it is not superfluous, Professor Tariq, and I say to everyone, I wish we did not renounce things that only their owners know, and God Almighty, may God have mercy on him. Samir Sabri and sent down patience on the hearts of his children and wives, and to God and to Him we shall return.
