In early summer, Norbulingka, located in the western suburbs of Lhasa, is picturesque with lush flowers and trees.

Norbulingka means "Baby Garden" in Tibetan and is one of the world cultural heritages in Tibet. It was built in the 1740s and is a typical Tibetan-style garden, including Kelsang Lingka, Tsoji Phodhang, Golden Phodrang and other palace buildings.
