On May 27, at the 347th press conference on the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia in Beijing, Pan Xuhong, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, said that in the process of resolutely promoting the dynamic clearing action throughout the city, there are still individual units, Individuals act on their own and willfully violate the regulations on epidemic prevention and control, increasing the risk of the spread of the epidemic.

He reported on typical cases:

On May 20, Li Moumou (male, 53 years old), as a risk associate of Dongcheng District Oriental Plaza, was notified to isolate at home.

When the community and transfer staff verified the co-residents many times, Li Moumou did not provide the fact that his wife Gu Mou (female, 51 years old) had other residences in the same building and the same unit, and the two parties lived together.

At the same time, Gu also concealed that he was living with Li when he was transferred, so that he was not identified as a person under home quarantine, and went to supermarkets, steamed buns, dried fruit stores and other public places to shop many times. Three other living family members were diagnosed one after another, resulting in the closure of 9 sites in Shijingshan District and the isolation and management of more than 200 people.

At present, Shijingshan police have filed criminal investigations on Li Moumou and Gu Mou.

On May 10, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism issued a notice on the strict prevention and control of the epidemic in the city's cultural and tourism industries, explicitly requesting to continue to suspend the business activities of Internet access service venues.

However, Che Moumou (male, 39 years old), the operator of an Internet cafe in Wangjing West Park, Chaoyang District, still carried out business activities in violation of regulations for many times, and did not implement the requirements for scanning code temperature measurement, which caused the risk of epidemic transmission.

At present, Che Moumou has been administratively detained by Chaoyang police according to law.

According to Beijing's epidemic prevention and control regulations, people in the closed and controlled areas must strictly implement home isolation measures and strictly "stay at home".

On May 21, fellow villagers Ju Moumou (male, 36 years old), Wang Moumou (male, 38 years old) and Xu Moumou (male, 51 years old) living in the epidemic control area of Doudian Town, Fangshan District, In violation of the above regulations, he went to Beijing Railway Station without permission to leave Beijing by car, but was caught by the police.
