After investigation, since April 25 this year, in order to seek illegal economic benefits, the company has violated the regulations by using the nucleic acid samples of "5 mixed with 1" and "10 mixed with 1" collected in multiple areas to be tested by multi-tube mixed inspection, and artificially diluted. Samples, affecting the accuracy of the test results, suspected of obstructing the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
Such behaviors seriously endanger the lives and health of citizens, and seriously interfere with the overall situation of epidemic prevention and control.
At present, the company has been put on file for investigation, and 17 people including legal representative Wang Moumou (male, 43 years old) have been taken criminal compulsory measures by Haidian police according to law, and the case is under further investigation.
