Kuwait .. Life imprisonment for the killer of her daughter in "Salmiya"
The Kuwaiti Criminal Court sentenced a woman accused of killing her daughter in the Salmiya crime to life imprisonment, after she imprisoned her for five years in the toilet until her body decomposed.
The Kuwaiti newspaper "Al-Qabas" quoted an informed source as saying that the court considered that this punishment is the one that the accused deserves, in accordance with the law.
The father's defense, lawyer Fatima Al-Dhiban, said: "Although life imprisonment is the death penalty, we will appeal the verdict on appeal, and we demand the execution of the accused."
It is reported that the accused mother has denied the charges against her, and confirmed that she did not intend to kill her daughter, but rather meant to imprison her to control her, and when she discovered her death, she did not disclose the matter for fear of being accused of murder and imprisoned.
