The JR Utsunomiya Line is not operating on the up and down lines between Tokyo Station and Utsunomiya Station due to personal injury.
In addition, due to this effect, the JR Takasaki Line is also suspending operation on the up and down lines between Tokyo Station and Takasaki Station in Gunma Prefecture.
According to JR East, they are all expected to resume operation around 7:20 pm.
