The House of Representatives Cabinet Committee unanimously decided to submit to the plenary session a bill that included a period during which the contract could be canceled unconditionally in order to prevent damage caused by being forced to appear in adult videos. The bill is expected to pass the House of Representatives on the 27th.

Six parties, including the Liberal Democratic Party and the Constitutional Democratic Party, have been practitioners, as it has been pointed out that lowering the adult age may increase the damage that new adults 18 and 19 will be forced to appear in adult videos. We proceeded with discussions in Japan and put together a bill.



The bill was passed by the House of Representatives Cabinet Committee on the 25th after explaining the purpose and asking questions, and it was unanimously decided to submit it to the plenary session in the form of a chairman's proposal.



The bill states that regardless of age or gender, the period required from the contract to the shooting is one month, and the period from the end of the shooting to the release is four months.



In addition, there is also a period during which the contract can be canceled unconditionally, and two years from the enforcement of the law will be two years from the announcement, and then one year from the announcement.



Regarding the bill, support groups for victims have pointed out that it will legalize the shooting of sexual activity, so the committee on the 25th will take all possible measures to prevent and relieve the damage to the government. A resolution was also adopted calling for the public to be aware that illegal activity is not tolerated and legalized.



The bill is expected to be passed by the plenary session of the House of Representatives on the 27th and sent to the House of Councilors.
