Today, Monday, the Directorate of Crime Prevention in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, revealed a mysterious murder that was recorded as a suicide, while indicating the arrest of the perpetrators, in the capital, Baghdad.
The directorate stated in a statement published by "Alsumaria News" channel, that the detachments of the Office of Flowers for Combating Crime in the Directorate of Combating Crime in Baghdad were able to uncover a mysterious murder that was recorded as a case of suicide by burning a man inside his house in the Al-Hussainiya area, northeast of Baghdad, and for the unknown perpetrator, a work team was formed. Moving to the scene of the accident, and after investigating and collecting everything related to the crime, it was found that the accident was a criminal offense and not a suicide.
She added that "when interrogating the victim's wife and interrogating her, she collapsed and confessed that she had participated with another person in the arrangement to kill her husband and burn his body to hide the signs of the crime," noting that through the defendant's confessions, the fugitive suspect was reached and arrested.
The Directorate indicated that their initial confession statements were written down and were legally confirmed, and the investigative judge decided to arrest them in accordance with the provisions of Article 406 of the Penal Code, in order to obtain their just punishment.
