"A Night of Hope" for free... lights up the night in Beirut

In a party to break Beirut's dark night, the Lebanese singer Heba Tawaji performed "A Night of Hope" that lit up the city sky with her music, and revived her hopes with the participation of musician Osama Rahbani and international musician Ibrahim Maalouf, and a sudden appearance by the artist Elissa.

In the presence of a large audience, the evening was held in the "Forum de Beirut" complex, adjacent to the city's port that was destroyed by the explosion of the fourth of August 2020. The organizers of the "Night of Hope" intended that it would be free, as they aimed to be a symbol of the uprising against the tragic reality in Lebanon, as announced. Osama Rahbani, who led the Lebanese Philharmonic Orchestra with 50 musicians.

On stage, Elissa presented a new song composed by Osama Rahbani and written by Kamal Kobeisy.

And she expressed her happiness at the return of hope and lights to Beirut.

Osama Al-Rahbani, next to him, Elisa Wahba Tawaji, and topped with pictures of his father, Mansour Al-Rahbani, his uncles Assi and Elias Al-Rahbani, said: "The Corona pandemic made us crippled and we lost loved ones, including Elias Al-Rahbani.
